Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Lambda Innovations Inc. (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Mate in 3 app. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Who can use Mate in 3

You must be at least 18 years old.

What the app does

Mate in 3 uses AI to read conversation screenshots you upload, grade your messages, and suggest what you might send next. Reviews and suggestions are for entertainment and general guidance. They can be wrong, and they don't know the people involved. You're responsible for what you choose to send.

Your content

• Only upload conversations you have the right to share, and never upload conversations involving anyone under 18.
• You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to process it to provide the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Don't use the app to harass, pressure, or deceive anyone. If someone has said no or asked you to stop, respect that. The app won't help you get around it, and we may restrict accounts that misuse it.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro unlocks extra features, such as better-move suggestions and next-move strategies. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Usage limits that keep the service running for everyone apply to all accounts.

Availability

We work to keep Mate in 3 running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may update or discontinue features.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of conversations or relationships, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province where Lambda Innovations Inc. has its registered office, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
