How do I get the best results?

Screenshot the whole chat from top to bottom and upload the screenshots in order. Overlap is fine. If something was read wrong, tap “Chat look wrong? Fix it” under your score to flip who sent a text, edit it, or delete it, then re-grade.

They replied. Now what?

On the home screen, tap “Replied? Add it” under the chat, then paste their reply or add a screenshot. We regrade and show your next move.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Mate in 3. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

I bought Pro but it’s still locked.

Give it a minute, then reopen the chat. If it’s still locked, tap Restore on the paywall or in Settings. Still stuck? Email us.

How do I delete my data?

Long-press a chat on the home screen to delete it, or go to Settings and tap “Delete all my data” to delete your account and everything in it.
